We want you to love your Tedology experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

To arrange a return or replacement:

  • Contact us at info@tedology.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you. Replacements will be shipped promptly, or a refund will be issued via your original payment method.

 

  1. Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns for unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued via your original payment method.

  1. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless due to a product fault)
  • Items returned outside of the 7-day return period
  • Digital content or downloads

 

  1. Shipping Costs
  • We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
