The Tedology A1 Feelings Poster supports emotional understanding by giving children an accessible way to recognise how they feel and communicate it to others. Displayed in classrooms, calm corners, wellbeing spaces or support rooms, it acts as a gentle, everyday invitation for emotional conversation.
Many children find it easier to point before they can explain. A visible feelings reference allows them to choose a word, start a conversation and feel understood without pressure.
The poster features a wide range of child-friendly emotions drawn from our Deck of Emotions – including “hangry”, proudly added by the children who helped co-create Tedology.
