Designed with Children. Made for Families

Whether your child is worried, overwhelmed, frustrated, struggles to calm, lacks confidence, or simply struggles to find the words for how they feel, Tedology is here to help make those everyday emotional moments a little easier.

Designed by Clinical Psychologist Dr Louise Mansell, Tedology helps your child learn to name, talk about and calm emotions through play, connection and comfort.

Many parents worry they're getting it wrong because they don't always know what to say or do when emotions are running high. Every child is different, which is why Tedology has a range of calming activities, various sensory features, games and resources, giving your family different ways to help your child feel calm, talk about emotions and build confidence over time.

Built in Small, Everyday Moments

Emotional development isn't built in one perfect conversation. It's built in small, everyday moments during play, bedtime, cuddles, story time, car journeys and quiet chats.

Those little moments are where your child slowly learns:

"I can notice my feelings.""I can talk about them.""I know how I can manage them."

Tedology helps make it easier to create more of those everyday moments, while gently teaching your child different ways to notice, calm and manage emotions that they can carry into the future.

Tedology isn't about stopping your child feeling worried, angry or sad. It's about helping them understand those feelings, express them and discover that all emotions are OK and can be managed.

"…Teddy bears think all emotions are OK. Which of the feelings have you had today?…"
